Choose your version below.
For either of the WordPerfect versions, right-click on the one you want and
choose to "Save target as", Save to disk" or whatever is
appropriate for your browser.

* For WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS, you should save it to the WP51 folder on your
C drive

* The macros folder for WordPerfect for Windows could be in a number of
places depending on your version.
The default for WP Office 2000 is: "C:\Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office
2000\macros\wpwin\"
A good way to find them is to click Start, Find (or Search for Windows Me
users) Files or Folders and look
for
"wpwin". You may have several occurrences of "wpwin" in
different files, but probably only one folder with that name.

* This link leads to a text file. Click on it and the text file will open in
your browser.
When it does, choose "Edit", "Select All" which will
highlight the text.
Next choose "Edit", "Copy" and then hit the Back button on
your browser to come back here.
Now open MS Word. Click the Tools menu, choose Macro, then Macros. Type RunMac for the name, then click the Create button and choose "Edit" and "Paste" in the Visual Basic editor. Close the editor and your macro is complete.
After saving or creating the RunMac macro, assign it to a key or keystroke combination in your word processing program. I use the ` key (below the ~ key) for WordPerfect. For Word I use F2.
Press Shift+F1 for Setup
Press 5 for Keyboard Layout
Press 7 for Edit
Press 7 again for Retrieve Macro
Press the key you want to assign it to. ( I recommend the accent mark (on the same key as ~) because you rarely use it for anything
else )
Next, type runmac for the macro name and hit Enter
Press F7 twice to save your changes and exit Setup.
Click Tools, then Customize, then Keyboard
Choose Macros on the left, then RunMac on the right.
Click in the box that says “Press new shortcut key” and then press F2 ( I use the “F2” key because Word won’t allow me to assign it to the accent mark the way WP
does )
Click Assign
Click “Close” twice and your done.
Click Tools
Click Settings
Click Customize
Click Keyboards
Click Edit
Check the box that says “Allow assignment of character keys” and press the accent mark
key ( I recommend the accent mark (on the same key as ~) because you rarely use it for anything
else )
Choose the Macros tab on the right
Click “Assign Macro to Key”
Choose RunMac then click the Select button
Click “Ok” then “Close” twice and you’re done.
